The dupes are being caused by N2NOV BBS. His system is changing bids upon
sending. I suspect it's because he's changed his R: line by adding the
extra [JNOS] to it thus making it a bogus line. I have since denied access
to him to see if this continues to occur with other forwarding partners he
may have.
