Its quite easy you can check yourself by doing text search for keyword 'FBB' in the all
messages R-lines. Mean check in your local BBS messages files, its should be simple
plain text files, at least in FBB and BPQ type BBSes.
All FBB-type BBSes put that record line, like:
R:260612/0504Z @:F3KT.FPDL.FRA.EU #:2982 [Pont Saint Martin] LFBB7.7-beta3
etc...
On my think now most used BPQ/LinBPQ systems.
Now FBB only for skilled linux-gurus, as there are no new updates many years for DOS/WIN FBB
and BPQ is more simple, operator-friendly an supported now.

P.S. Used in past era many years dos and win FBB, from ver 5.15c to 7.00 etc...
5.15c was the first version with message download resume, so when you can start from point
where last session disconnected and download goes not from zero point.
