I never see a WP messages formatted as a Bulletin, unless I look at my log.
There I see about 100 rejected bulletins a night sent to WP@WW
BPQ has a configuration parameter to reject WP message that are sent as
bulletins. Simply mark that in your main BBS configuration and you will
never see them again.
Some non-BPQ BBS software may still have a use for WP bulletins sent to WW.
